    Product Description


    The water-cooled chillers of Nanjing RICOM Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. are divided into water-cooled screw chillers and water-cooled scroll chillers.

    The main components of the water-cooled screw chiller use screw compressor. Its freezing outlet temperature range is 5 ℃ ~ 30 ℃. Semi-enclosed compressor is adopted, which is 20%-30% higher in energy efficiency than ordinary compressors. Its efficiency is high, maintenance is simple, capacity is accurately controlled, noise is low, and vibration is low. The refrigerating capacity of the water-cooled scroll chiller unit ranges from 124.9 kW to 358.4 kW, meeting different load requirements in various occasions. The unit has compact structure, small occupied area, simple pipeline design, only external water pipes are needed, and installation and maintenance are simple. It provides multiple protection functions such as high and low voltage protection, chilled water anti-freezing and icing protection, power supply phase sequence protection, lack of phase protection, insufficient water flow protection, compressor motor overheating, etc.

    Structure

    Semi- hermetic twin-screw compressor, simple structure design, few parts, twin-screw structure, high-precision mechanical structure of water-cooled screw chiller, all parts are uniform, so that friction resistance is minimized, and the finely-machined double helix is tightly engaged; Smooth, quiet and durable. Due to the differential pressure oil supply method, complicated oil circuit systems such as oil coolers and oil pumps are eliminated, which is easy to maintain.

    The unit has a compact structure, small floor space, simple pipeline design, only requires an external water pipe, and is easy to install and maintain.

    Functions

    Compressor overload, coil overheating protection, high exhaust temperature protection, low discharge water temperature protection, frequent compressor start and stop protection, voltage abnormal protection, phase loss and reverse phase protection, oil pressure difference and many other protection and processing functions

    Provide multiple protection functions such as high and low pressure protection, freezing water anti-freezing protection, power phase sequence protection, lack of phase protection, insufficient water flow protection, compressor motor overheating, etc.
