    The anti-corrosive chiller is one such device, whose purpose is to let the refrigerant dissipate the heat, namely, the fan and cooling tower heat dissipation method. The machine is equipped with water pressure protection, water pump current protection, delay protection measures, and other protective measures are equipped with fault self-locking device, which can stop the machine automatically in case of failure and deeply grasp the running status of the machine.

    Product Characteristics


    1. Ergonomic panel, fully automatic control, equipped with precision electric temperature controller, can run smoothly for a long time.

    2. High efficiency heat transfer heat exchanger is adopted, which has the advantages of less cooling loss, easy oil return, and no freezing-cracking.

    3. It adopts high-performance compressors imported from Europe, Japan and the United States, with high EER value, low noise and stable operation.

    4. No installation of cooling tower, easy installation and convenient movement, suitable for occasions where water source is lacking;

    5. Low noise fan motor, excellent cooling and condensing effect, stable throttling mechanism, excellent anti-rust treatment;

    6. Upgrade the heat exchanger made of titanium to meet the corrosion requirements of electroplating industry;

    7. Install anti-corrosion evaporator, stainless steel pipe, stainless steel pump or use plate exchanger. It helps to stabilize the metal ions, so that the metal ions can quickly attach to the electroplated parts, which not only increases the density and smoothness, but also reduces the number of electroplating and improves productivity. Helps quickly recover various chemicals and reduce waste; upgrade the non-coiled pure stainless steel water tank, which has a long-lasting and stable cooling effect, and the temperature control accuracy is ±1℃;
    8. Add with super high and low temperature display and signal output protection, configure normally open and normally closed output for selection;

    9. The upgraded chilled water circulation system adopts stainless steel multi-stage pumps and stainless steel, PVC material connection, there is no worry about corrosion, and pure water or deionized water can be used directly;

    10. Add a water filter to provide the precision of high-quality laser work, add a water pressure indicator to facilitate adjustment of pressure and flow, add a flow protection device, when the water flow is too low, the power of the laser machine will be automatically cut off to prevent the laser head from lacking water For overheating, electronic temperature control, double-digit display, multiple settings and fault display functions, only need one-key operation (open key), and the rest are automatically realized by the memory function.
